Looking for recommendation for sites for swapping accomodation

We live on the outskirts of London. My bf's house is in Redhill which is just 20 min train journey to London Victoria or London Bridge and 7 min and 15 min walking distance to 2 train stations. It is 2 bedroom Victorian cottage with a garden and would be fine for a family of 4. I am looking for a swap 2-3 weeks for next year mid Jul - early August for acomodation for us (we are restricted by my kids school holidays). We are family of 2 grown ups + 2 teenagers in New York. Any tips for me to make that happen? Can anyone share their experience?

We have been members of www.homeexchange.com for many years and have completed 8 very successful exchanges. The cost is about $100 per year but well worth it. They have a large US presence so there will be lots of choice in New York. Americans plan their holidays well in advance so you need to get off the mark sooner rather than later with this if you want next July. Pm me if you want more detail
