Menorca?

Please could you recommend a hotel/apartment in Menorca, thinking ahead to going next Summer.

Will need to be family friendly, very near a beach, near shops etc.

Not too noisy for our children.

Not been before so hoping Menorca is a good place to go?

Mestral and Llebieg Apartments in Santo Tomas. Go S/c, not AI. Think Thompson do it self catering.

Unless your kids are over 10. Santo tomas is lovely for little ones, but not older kids.

In that case, don't go to santo tomas.

Don't go to son PARC either unless you all play go!f . we went there 3 yes ago and it was a ghost town!!

Son Bou / San Jaime has a lovely beach with water sports, about 2 miles long, with a resort centre with shops, restaurants, and a bowling alley, also a swimming pool with a couple of waterslides. Choice of hotels, apartments and villas, although some can be a bit of a walk to the beach.

On the whole, Menorca is a very quiet island, but we love it !
