Am thinking of taking DS 30 months in the next couple of weeks as we have one of those buy one get one free vouchers. Have just had DD who will be no more than 3 weeks old so I'm just wondering if you can take babies in arms on to the rides just holding them or will me and DP spend the whole day taking it in turns to sit and watch and wait!? Xxx

We went a coupla weeks ago. No baby so can't comment from experience, thought saw a baby carried on one ride. Personally though I wouldn't bother yet as I think your ds is too young to appreciate it and queues are horrible!! Mind you there are shows too which he might enjoy (though at that age I don't think mine would've sat still long enough.)

Personally I think you're crazy!! (sorry) There must be other places your son would love as much - maybe farms, zoos, walks, recs etc.

Incidentally even with buy one get one free it's really expensive. We paid on tesco vouchers (even though I had some bogof vouchers too).

If you go I hope you have a great time. Take plenty of food (it's really expensive too) and be prepared to keep your ds occupied for long periods!
Good luck!

We were there recently and my experience is different to sammum's, there were barely any queues and we went on rides multiple times with only a ten minute wait at the most. OP I think your son would love it as long as you go outside school holidays and weekends so there are no queues, not sure about taking the baby on rides though, some would be more suitable than others for bringing her on. But yes I would take food with you as we weren't impressed with what was available inside the park.
