Brighton! Recommendations/accomodation/things to do/places to eat etc!

I am taking myself and 2 x`s 16yr old girls, they are into art and I am into all things vintage! Want two nights, seen a nice b&b called Snooze in Kemptown area. Any ideas please on good value cafes etc with a quirkiness would be great. Thank you!

Found a very nice apartment instead very near the pier, half the price of the b&b! Would love recommendations of fun places to eat? Thanks :)
