Looking to go away dont really want to travel to far with baby, looking for somewgere that offers both a relaxing atmosphere and activites.

If its your first break with baby you could do a lot worse than Center Parcs.

Its very child friendly and there are nappy changing facilities everywhere. If you go during the week then its not too expensive, particularly if you use the mumsnet discount.

You can also put junior into the creche and go to the aqua sana which is wonderfully relaxing and the creche seemed to be good too.

The baby sitters we had was terrific, although most of the restaurants are not brilliant and have everyone elses children at them. If the weather isn't too bad, it is nice just sitting outside with your own barbecue ( although bring your own disposable bbq as hideously expensive from the shop)

I'm not on commission honest, it's just thats where we went for our first break with DS at 10 weeks old and it was a perfect destination for all the reasons above.
