Water park hotel recommendations please?

Well we're back from our fortnight in Tenerife and already thinking about next years holiday! It was our first holiday abroad as a family and while it was really good we learned a few things for next time. For example, the pool at our hotel didn't have much in the way of a shallow area so I was constantly worried that the kids, although they can all swim reasonably well, would get tired out and be in an area too deep to stand up. We went to a waterpark while we were there and it was amazing so we think if we go to a hotel with a really good water park in it we probably won't need more than one excursion. The kids would have spent 8 hours a day every day in the pool if we'd let them. So any recommendations really welcome. We have been thinking either Egypt, Turkey or Balearics.

We jusr got a really good deal with first choice for Zante next year. It's Planos and Aqua Bay Hotel with full access to waterpark.

We were £1100 altogether for two adults all inclusive, 4yr old and a baby.

Thanks for both of them. That is a good price too, there are 8 of us now all my step children live with us and we just spent over £3000 for our holiday to Tenerife and that was self catering (inc all spends though). I'd like to try and spend around that for AI next year. I take it you booked out of school holidays for that price though?

Have a look at the first choice splash parks. This is exactly what you want . We have just been to one in greece and it does keep the kids busy.

Be careful that the waterpark is part of the hotel as some of them just give you access to a public waterpark nearby. The defeats the object as you would not have access to the all inclusive all day whilst there.
