Ibiza/Majorca in October?

I am thinking about booking a holiday in either Ibiza or Majorca during the October half-term.

I was wondering:

What is the weather like?

Is everything shut-down??

been to Majorca last 2 years in October. Weather mild - sunny but occasioanl rain and was windy on theh beach on west coast and Red flags were out a few days, temp lower 20's. Still seemed to be open but some of the beach cafes and outdoor attractions like the water parks do close in October so worth checking if that is important to you.
