Wheelchair friendly sunny holiday? Help!

Hi there I am posting for my friend who has a 19yo DD with cerebral palsy who is wheelchair bound. She is looking for a sunny holiday for next May. Anybody got any tips? I think she was thinking Tunisia xxx

I have cruised a few times and noticed there have been quite a few wheelchair users on the ship. The staff are very helpful and there are lots of lifts and slightly larger accessible cabins. Do you think your friend and her DD may enjoy a cruise? Cruising from the UK would make the holiday a bit easier for them.
