Can't equalize the pressure in my ear after long haul flight

Landed last Friday morning after a 7hr flight. One ear equalized and is fine the other still feels as though I have cotton wool in it. Driving me mad. Occasional pops and clicks, but can't hear properly and feel lop sided. I've tried all the swallowing/holding nose and blowing/yawning/pulling ear lobe lark but to no avail. Any tips? Or do I just need to wait for it to sort itself out?

I would go to the GP and get this person to have a look at your inner ear. It should not feel like this now, this particular ear may have some infection in it.

Thanks. Didn't want to bother GP, but as it hasn't abated I will on Monday
