Somewhere lovely for October half term please

Somewhere warm (half term will be 24th Oct for a week for me). Have a 2 year old and will be 18 wks pregnant. Just want somewhere really pleasant and maybe a bit swanky. Any ideas?

How about Canary Islands? Pretty much guaranteed sun at that time of year, I think.

I went to Paphos in Cyprus the end of September last year. I wouldn't necessarily describe it as swanky but it wasn't very chavvy either, rather pleasant. It was also 32 degrees everyday....
