Can you recommend a fabulous house in France for 10 people for next Summer?

We are on ferry to Caen but happy to drive south as more likely to be sunny so prefer not to be in Brittany. Happy with Vendee, Poitou-Charentes region perhaps even further south for the right place. We would like a more rural setting - and must have a pool! Other than that, will consider anything. Budget for 2 weeks is around 7,500.
Thank you!

I think groupaccommodation.com and bigholidayhouse.com websites both have French properties listed and would start here with looking.

Hi there we have just stayed in st remy de provence for one week in a great house.
It was spotless and a very easy walk into the village/town.
It has a lovely fenced off pool and five bedrooms all ensuite.
We also drove to the cam argue for a day fantastic sandy beach
If this sounds about right I can forward you the details

we stayed here about 10 years ago but it is still going (was new then I think) - lovely, we were three families and there are enough bathrooms etc - and in a very good area for markets/restaurants/old towns without being super touristy - the only disadvantage is that you have to cross a (not busy ) road to get to the pool Cheval Blanc
