Hi. Am planning on taking my dcs (aged between 5 and 10 and all Dahl fans) to the Roald Dahl museum in Great Missenden next month. It's almost a two hour drive but we're planning to meet some friends there and go on the Roald Dahl themed walks around the village and surrounding countryside. I've been looking at the website and have seen that it's 'Roald Dahl day' on 13th September and lots seems to be going on. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of going to the Roald Dahl day in previous years? Does it get madly busy? I'm wondering whether it's worth going then or leaving it until the following week as I've read that the museum gets quite busy anyway. Any advice greatly appreciated!
