Group of 3 cottages with pool in France - does this even exist?

Please help!!! After hours of trawling the internet I can't seem to find anything suitable for a big family holiday next August. It's for my MIL's 70th and we are going away with her and FIL and my dsil's family.

The must haves are:
A group of 3 cottages (one sleeping 2, one sleeping 6, one sleepng 4)
Private heated outdoor pool
In France
Up to 4 hours drive from a ferry port (preferably Calais)

Would also be nice to have:
Kids play equipment outside
Tennis court
Nearby beach
Nearby village
Nearby walks

I've found places with all the above but with 5 or 6 cottages on site and we really want to just have the 3 cottages so we'd have the pool / grounds to ourselves.

Happy to pay more if it means having spare bedrooms but I can find ANYTHING! Aargh!

These 3 houses share a pool, although they sleep a lot more people than you need.
We haven't been so can't vouch for them but are thinking about going there next summer with big group.
