Dh fancies a few days in Paris over half term and so we're looking for a hotel. He had idea of getting one maybe with a pool so we could do culture for a bit then come back and swim and chill out. Also as we have kids 7,5 and 8 months somewhere with a nice restaurant so we don't have to go out to eat would be nice. Don't want to spend a fortune but dh doesn't really do budget budget.

I said I knew who to ask.....

Already have the itinerary from Cod - now just need hotel!

We booked an apartment through yellowstay.com last year when we went with the kids. My three are older than yours, but I find it far more relaxing to have a bit of space, a kitchen area to prepare snacks etc. than staying in a hotel with kids. Most of their apartments are around the Marais so nice and central with plenty of choice of restaurants nearby.
