plug in mosquito repellent

We go away in a couple of weeks. Can anyone recommend a good plug in to get rid of mozzies? Boots seem to get good reviews and have looked on amazon but most have mixed reviews. Any advice would be appreciated. We are going to Thassos. Thanks

Thassos...a suit of armour? (just kidding...)

all the plug-ins are pretty much the same, although not all the same size so make sure tabs and electrical unit match. eco-stuff such as citronella does work, but only for about a minute, for Thassos which is notoriously mossie-central you'll need stronger things. Plenty of DEET all round.

still, at least it is Greece and so no diseases carried!

The Jungle Formula stuff is pretty effective.

never found a plug in one that has worked yet. if really concerned take hooks and a mosquito net and put them over the beds at night. we use boots 50% deet when we go away. if there are bug screens over the windows we use these and leave the windows open. if no bug screens we keep them shut or put on mosi spray as we go to bed but it has to be all over.
