That's it really. I am the most organised person ever, yet my passport is not in its usual spot. Have turned the house upside down for the last three hours and concluded a child must have thrown it away.
The passport office helpline is now closed.
Will I be able to get a replacement in time?
Anyone? Please? Am panicking I won't be able to go on our one annual family holiday.
