Easyjet help!

We're flying with easyjet imminently and I'm very confused! My printer is printing out erratically and it's printed the boarding passes put in a faint grey rather than a strong black. I then heard I can use the mobile app to show the passes at the aiport which would be easier than me trying to work out what's wrong with the printer (plenty of ink so it's not just a case of buying new ink).

However, there are 8 of us all booking together and the mobile app will only let you do 5 boarding passes. Can my DH get the app and login using the same username and do 3 and I do the other 5?!

Also-we've checked in online-do we not do nothing else until we arrive at the airport with our bags? You can tell we don't fly very often!!

I'd just print them all off from a better printer, tbh. And I would print a few spare copies of your return passes and keep them in separate bags. I have no idea re the apps but wouldn't want to rely on that - could be just me. And yes, once you've checked in online that should be it until you get to the airport

If it comes to it, you should be able to get them printed at the check-in desk, just say you've had printer problems. Does mean queuing though. I don't think EasyJet charge for this but you might want to check...

When I've travelled with easy jet with my boyfriend he made the booking and we both put the app on our phones and showed the boarding card that way so if you can put up to 5 on each one it will be fine. There was a slight issue with the machine reading it on my old phone but it was sorted out very quickly.

You could have a toner issue with your printer possibly.

We use boarding passes on our phones with BA. No problems. I would do this and take the printed ones too. There will still be a horrible queue to drop the bags whatever you do!!!! Happy holidays.
