I have a booking through Booking.com. Today I received a suspicious looking email, supposedly from them, about a problem with my credit card. I was asked to make a bank transfer instead to a bank account in Poland!
So I checked with Booking.com who advised me to ignore it. I then googled, and found this is a scam that is at least two years old.
