Autumn weekend break- Bordeaux/Biarritz/Copenhagen/??

I'm looking for a weekend break in mid Oct, I'm probably going to need to fly from Dublin...
Looking at the flight prices, lengths and times for a Friday-Sunday jaunt, I am considering Bordeaux, Biarritz and Copenhagen.
I've done most of the main euro cities (Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Rome, Budapest, Prague, Krakow etc) so looking for someone a bit different

Any thoughts on my selections so far? I'm pregnant so won't be partying, like to walk around and soak up the atmosphere/culture, eat local food etc.

Also there was Perignan, but never heard much about it before...

We did an afternoon trip to the village of St Emillion which is about 30 mins from Bordeaux airport ( should be able to get a cab or a connection) . It was beautiful with lots of lovely little streets, a trip to caves under the church and you can do a wine tour bus (although less useful when pregnant !)
Sadly our DS 8 was less impressed by all this lovely scenery so I didn't get as long as I would have liked to enjoy it, I'd think you could happily spend a weekend there even if you weren't able to enjoy the wine.
