Has anyone ever made a claim on their travel insurance? Did the company pay up without hassle?
I am asking because I am about to buy a travel insurance and I need to know who the good guys are! There's no point in paying for a policy with a company who will try to squirm their way out of paying if something goes wrong and I need to make a claim.
