Does anybody have experience of moving abroad (out of the EU) with a littley (under 1) and getting health insurance for them? Thanks.

Most good employers will provide healthcare as part of the package. I know quite a few parents of under 1's with insurance provided by their employers in the UAE.

Which country are you looking at.

Our company used Cigna for expat health, children always covered and never a problem with claims

Our company used vanbreda for expats.

Adverbial, I'm in the same boat as you. Our babe is just 7 weeks and we are moving to the US next week!
My MIL found a company called Interglobal that will cover you for short/long periods abroad. Bupa, axa, Aviva all do policies too but this one has certain flexibilities we need.

Super-helpful and reassuring advice - thanks everyone!

Yes DC4 was born in UK but we moved very shortly after and I had BUPA international cover through DHs work - no issue at all.
