isle of wight - holiday park recommendation please

1. has to be a clean site (no grotty caravans)
2. pool ideal for teenagers
3. beautiful location

We stayed at Colwell Bay with Island View Holidays. Quite a small site with a pool. Very easy, pretty stroll to the lovely beach. Bus stop if teenagers fancy going to Yarmouth on their own.
