we're going up to east yorkshire approx end nov to visit the family. They cannot accommadate us so we always use hotels in the past not a problem for our daughter to share our room but now she is 20 months and needs her own room.

Can anyone recommend hotel chain etc that an provide to adjoining rooms not having much luck would also consider self catering.

Thanks sorry about spelling my daughter is having a tantrum as I type and brain not in gear

Adjoining rooms in hotel chains are usually twin rooms and you would have to pay quite a bit extra for that. There are lots of "family" rooms available - but presumably she is still in a cot so you only need a reasonable sized double room with space for the cot?

I need extra room because daughter needs complete silence to enable her to sleep also it would not be possible for us to watch tv or have a bottle of wine etc in same room as we would keep her awake now. That is why self catering would be better as we do not want to go to bed at 7.30 when she does
