What is Splash World like (just round from the sea front) ?

Splashworld is ok, if a little expensive for what it actually is. It's a good way to kill a couple of hours but nothing amazing.

There are often discount tokens for splashworld on the local radio websites.

Knowsley safari park isn't that far away. Our 13yr old DS still enjoys it. Having a pride of lions surround your car is amazing for anyone.

Liverpool again is not far and is great for museums/galleries/football stadium tours and cool shops.
