Miami

My OH and I haven't been away for a while, well since our DS was born, we have been through the ringer over the past few years and need a holiday, my OH has mentioned Miami, has anyone been?

If so do you recommend anywhere and was it expensive to eat out?

Miami is fun! Gorgeous beach, great bars and places to eat.

If you like to party (or even if you don't!), South Beach is the place to go. But hotels near the centre of South Beach can be noisy, we stayed a few blocks off the main streets so it was quiter at night .

Eating out can be as cheap or expensive as you want it to be, there are so many restaurants to choose from. Lincoln Mall is good for people watching. The Thriller boat ride out if Bayside Market is cheesy but fun.

We did a couple of nights in Miami, then a four night cruise if the Bahamas, which was lovely .
