So we are thinking of trying to get away at half term with our 4 year old, I really want to go to Sani in Halkidiki but am worried about poor weather so now looking further south but i am clueless about Turkey.

Any advice/recommendations gratefully received for Turkey or indeed anywhere else that might suit.

Ideally all inclusive

I wouldn't recommend it if you want a swimming type holiday as the pools could be cold. My friend went to Aqua Fantasy hotel during October half term and she said the pools were empty, her DC literally turned blue when they tried to use them. We went to Cyprus one October half term and had very good weather but quite short days.

God yes!! We are thinking the same, thanks for starting this thread!! I saw some good deals on tele text. Is that any good to book with?

I am veering towards the Canaries now after reading reviews on trip advisor re the weather and the comment above, it's so much more bloody expensive to do Tenerife etc though presumably because of the better weather! Argghh!
I feel like I am going round in circles

Turkey starts to get a bit chilly at the end of October, as mentioned above the swimming pools will be freezing! Also most resorts are winding down by then so it will be very quiet. It can rain too.

How about Cyprus?
