Looking for a country pub with playground in reach of north london ...

Oh I know an absolutely lovely one by a canal, with a gated playground, and unspectacular but decent food.

Unfortunately I can't remember what it's called!

I'll ask dh this evening, he probably remembers the village name, if not the pub itself.

Dh can't remember the name either, but it's in Stoke Bruerne, M1 J15.

I think it's The Navigation, as I've found mention of a children's play area, rather than the Boat Inn, which is on the opposite side of the canal to the museum, and I remember that the pub was on the same side as the museum.
