Asia with young children

My best friend and her family live in Australia and next year we would like to holiday with them half way between them and the UK. Asia is the obvious choice but we will have four children under 6 between us. We would probably like a big villa somewhere that's not too hard to get to. Any suggestions/tips?

Bali - but it's not exactly half way. I have rented a villa there in Ubud through flipkey which is part of the Trip Advisor website.
Phuket?
Hong Kong - villa probably not possible but lots for kids to do and HK Disney is ideal for under 10s.
Singapore - easy to get to, but again not sure about a villa - zoo is excellent, night safari, Sentosa, Universal studios, easy to naviagate, but is quite expensive - home of the plus plus!
Malaysia? - Kota Kinabalu or Kuching in Borneo? Penang?

have a look at where you don't need jabs and go there!! also would suggest a resort type place with villas as you want it to be a holiday for you as well.
