Would you travel to Florida at the mo with toddler?

with all the risks and problems lately and hurricane season- would I be selfish to go? Probably- what do you all think (be nice )

No, b/c it's too damned hot and I hate heat.

Probably not because of the weather. DH and I went once in February and it was lovely - and cheap too!

good point- forgot to mention that baby has asthma (bad in cold weather) and with winter approaching need a cheap hol (florida is durt cheap at mo) somewhere warmish!

i find everytime i travel out there their is a hurricane or one has just happened. i would not stop going because of it. i have took my kids since they were 1 out there and never had a problem
