We still haven't booked our summer holiday and we are thinking of going to France in August. We will be driving and going via channel tunnel so don't want to do loads of driving in France, so looking for recommendations of really lovely places to stay in Brittany/Normandy areas. Looking for a villa/gite near beach with nice chateauxs to visit nearby, markets, nice boulangeries and pattisseries, and places to ride bikes!! Not much to ask then. Any advice would be great, or if you have a property and it is available in August let me know! Any help appreciated as don't know where to start!! Thanks so much.
