My daughter left her passport on an Easyjet flight to Barcelona, was not allowed to go back on the plane, and was subsequently held overnight at Barcelona airport and repatriated this morning. This is exactly the same as a previous thread involving BA.
Does she have any comeback apart from claiming for a lost passport on insurance? She was kept in a horrible room and not given access to food or drink. The British consulate in Barcelona say they have complained about the poor conditions for the overnight stay, to no avail.
