New Passport Question?

Have been hearing about all of the passport nightmares on MN & the news and got me to thinking............my passport expired in my old married name 2009, I have since divorced & remarried and lost my old passport through countless house moves!, what is the best way for me to get a passport now? Would I have to report my old one as lost and just renew or start with a brand new adult one? DD (8) doesn't have one at all and we are contemplating a week away at the end of August if we can it cheaply but the whole passport thng is really putting me off...........thanks all!

you will need to fill in a lost passport form LS01 (can be downloaded or collected from the post office) and send it to the passport office. You can also fill in a new passport form and send that in at the same time (you would fill it in as if you are doing a renewal)

You need to apply for a lost passport. I strongly recommend booking one week fast track!
