5 star family holiday help pls

[Holidayfun]

We usually holiday in France but this August we're planning on a week somewhere different but have no idea where to begin. Will be for one week only, with a very fair skinned 6 year old, so beds with shade etc would be an advance, somewhere near a beach. Looking for a hotel, hopefully 5 star. Would anyone have any ideas pls?
Thought of Menorca?
We really could do with a lovely holiday after a few tough years.

Majorca is lovely I prefer it to Menirca tbh. There is a lovely marina and lots if things for children to look at.

Have a look at Oceania Club Halkidki. Children stay free if booked through hotel. Plenty of umbrella's around pool.
