Have a look at Hotel Louis Phaethon in Paphos Cyprus. It is not cheap for an all inclusive but dd loved it.

Hersetta427 · 06/06/2014 22:10

Hv Ibiza has a large water park. We are just back from Hv Tunisia and that has 6 large slides and kept dd very happy, plus she went to a few kids club session ( canoeing, archery, raft building etc).

I was just singing the praises on here of Gloria Golf in Turkey in terms of food, and would mention it again in terms of brilliant water slides within the resort, which I have to admit DH & I used as much as the kids! We went last summer and are seriously considering it for next summer, even though we normally would never go to the same place twice.

We have just come back from Louis Phatheon beach club in pafos

It was great, lovely pools and slides, great food and entertainment. It was our first all inclusive and we have a really fun time.

Just had a look at Louis Phaethon and it looks amazing! We are very fair skinned. We usually go to France but enjoyed Majorca last year. I owner what the temperature Is like in Cyprus in August. Is it much hotter than Spain?

ihatethecold · 29/06/2014 19:47

Very hot in august.
We went at the end of may and it was 28 to 30 degrees.
I am olive skinned but I had to use so much sun cream.

elizabethcharlotte · 29/06/2014 21:32

Thank you. It sounds too hot for us! Can anyone recommend an all inclusive hotel in Spain, Majorca, Menorca that would be good for our ten year olds. I would like 4 star but not a holiday village as they are just too expensive. I'm hoping to book the flights and accommodation separately to save some money.

Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada, Egypt. We've been two years running. 26 pools and 32 slides on site - and a private-ish pool in front of your bungalow.

My brother in law goes to Lykia World, Olu Deniz in Turkey. We almost booked, but wasn't suitable for MIL who has mobility issues. They have a huge water park.

Lykia World

Shakey1500 · 29/06/2014 21:38

Oops sorry, just seen the latter part of your post. Not sure if it's a holiday village or not Confused

elizabethcharlotte · 01/07/2014 21:41

Can anyone suggest anywhere else?

ChickenFajitasAndNachos · 02/07/2014 11:22

It's not the cheapest option but Atlantis the Palm in Dubai has the best water park I have ever been to. Or you could try it's sister hotel in the Bahamas.

threepiecesuite · 02/07/2014 11:35

Planos/Aqua Bay on one of the Greek Islands is great.

321zerobaby · 21/07/2014 20:50

Bumping for more suggestions please! Most of these I have looked at but no availability. I am happy with an apartment or hotel, AI or self catering, but dd age 10 is hoping for a few slides (it doesn't have to be a full on water park). Anywhere in Europe. Thankyou.

ilovepowerhoop · 21/07/2014 20:53

Aquafantasy in Turkey has a waterpark you can walk to from the hotel and you get free entry to it

bigTillyMint · 21/07/2014 20:55

We went to that aqua park last year ilovepowerhoop - it was great!

ilovepowerhoop · 21/07/2014 20:56

we went 2 or 3 years ago in the October holidays and I agree it was great.

321zerobaby · 21/07/2014 22:57

Aquafantasy is a bit more than we are looking for! A few slides that I can see from my sunbed was more what I was thinking. And all the Firstchoice holidays from Gatwick seem to fully booked already (as well as £££).

Balddaddy · 21/07/2014 23:11

Lykia world is the best place we are going in 3 weeks for the 6th time the kids will have a time of there life's don't be put off by the price u get what u pay for and no chavs and no Russians lol

bewleysisters · 21/07/2014 23:24

Elizabeth - we had a lovely tine here near Cadiz. Friendly hotel with great food on a beautiful beach. Lots to explore nearby.

Sevendown · 03/02/2018 19:37
