are there any hotels next to Leeds airport that offers one nights stay plus parking for the week?

Not that I know of. As an airport, it's not well served by hotels!

Both Premier Inn and Travelodge are close to the airport but i don't know if they offer parking packages so you might need to book Long Stay seperately.

I went in the travel lodge and then just paid for the long stay car park. The travel lodge wasn't great though, very very
hot

My friend always stays at the Britannia which has a shuttle. I stayed there + didn't park. It was perfectly adequate although basic.
