Canada accommodation

Hi, does anyone know if there is a Canadian / North American equivalent of the baby friendly bolt holes website?

We are hoping to find somewhere near Lake Ontario to stay for a few days at the end of august in a pretty location, preferably not a huge hotel but we would like a bit of luxury.

Recommendations of either resources or any specific accommodation would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

go to the tourist board websites for the state that you are planning to stay in. Canada is vast so a website covering the whole country is a lot less likely than one in the UK. start at state level and you might have more luck. also consider booking appartments rather than hotels. catering for yourself is always easier when you have 3 DC. we find that most rooms in hotels are set up for families of 4. even though it is a room for 4 + cot it always felt like a squash when we did this. and the older 2 might not want to share in with a teething baby!!
