Morning all,

we're off to centreparcs next week (Elveden) - does anyone know what type of highchairs they have in the villas?

Thanks in advance,
Kingy

The squarish wooden type if I remember correctly

IlanaK · 01/09/2006 11:30

Yes, it is the square wooden ones with the tray.

Kingy12 · 01/09/2006 11:33

are they the ones that look a little bit like a tripod?
basically my dd (9months) tends to slide down the seat if there's nothing between her legs to stop her!

You are thinking of Trip trap oneS I think. They are not those. They either had a wooden part between the legs or a strap - I can't remember which.

What sort of tips are you after? We have been a few times to Elvedon.

Kingy12 · 01/09/2006 11:41

that's good .. as long as she can't slide out!

any tips would be handy ...

what are their cots like (-or would you use a travel cot instead?)

They are foldable wooden cots. Perfectly substantial. My 1.5 yera old slep in it fine. And I would use it now that he is over 2 as well.

The do not provide any cot linen so you need to take your own.

Everything is totally geared up for families so you will have a fab time. If you can book a babysitter, try and have a night out while you are there. The babysitters are very very good.

Thanks for the help!
We're bringing both sets of grandparents with us to... so no need for babysitters... they'll be fighting over the babysitting duties!

Thanks again
Kingy

Best time for the pool is after 7pm as it's a lot quieter. Have a fabby time

The spa is lovely and since you will have built in babysitters, I hightly recommend a session there.
