Has anyone booked through Netflights?

Hi, we are trying to find a summer holiday for 5 of us and its horrendously expensive. Just looked at Netflights and their prices are amazing..............but too good to be true?

I did, and they re-routed my return so we were flying out of LGW and back to LHR. Much faffing later I finally got a refund and had to re book direct with carrier.

Thanks, they seem to be getting good and very bad reviews!
