Place to eat close to Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World

As above really. Could anyone local recommend somewhere decent to eat outside the park for an early evening meal before we travel back home within striking distance from the park, please. We will be travelling back up the M3 and turning off at the A34 so can travel in that direction.

There is a pub just outside called The Vine which is a Beefeatery type pub. It's ok.

Otherwise, Romsey is pretty close and has a good selection of pubs. Or Otterbourne ( just off M3) has some nice pubs.

Let me know how old your kids and what kind of food you are looking for ( posh, bistro, family pub grub, chain, etc) and I'll give it some more thought.
