Just wanted to recommend this place - we had a brilliant day out yesterday there - both ds's (4 & 2) loved it. Tons of fancy little designer retail places (for the grown ups), lovely lake which you can get a boat down to a fab woods where monkeys live 'wild', as in not in cages, but they're very used to people and will just wander around you. Well staffed with guides who will chat to you. Kids have to be relatively well behaved - no running or shouting, but our two managed it because they were so entranced by the monkeys! We were there all day - there's a miniature train, and also some Italian Gardens which we didn't go in as it was £5 entry, but looked pretty from what we could see! Lots of very nice places to eat and good loos!

Bit pricey in all - monkey place was £5 for adults - but well worth it. Boat was £2 each way.

Oh and it's in Staffordshire - junction 15 on the M6!

BTW, the Italian Gardens has a lovely big playground (mine are 4 & 2 and they love it), some little gardens for the kids to play in and a 'Barfuss' walk - lots of fun and worth the money if you can make a day of it.
