Antwerp or Berlin

Anyone been? Need something funky, non mumsy, with cocktails, nice hotel, fab restaurants, handsome waiters and maybe some shopping.

Other European destination suggestions also welcomed! 4 nights, budget not yet decided but we're going to save up & go next June

I haven't been to Berlin so can't comment.

I loved antwerp enough to go back three times, the shopping I enjoyed and the waffles were fab
