Travelling on the RER from Paris CDG airport into central Paris

Couple of questions:

My children are 13 and 10. Will they be entitled to a discounted fare or will they cost the same as an adult?

Presumably I can get a ticket that is a through ticket for both RER and Metro, rather than having to get off at Gare du Nord and buy a separate Metro ticket?

TIA

Sorry if this answer comes too late - the 10 year old is a 'child', the 13 year old is an 'adult'. You will be able to swap from the rer to the metro without buying a separate metro ticket (i think!). And it is cheaper to buy a 'carnet de dix(10) tickets' than it is to buy individual tickets for each journey (although the last time i tried, the children's ones couldn't be bought from a machine, they had to be bought from a human(!) ticket seller).
