Im off to Manchester this week to visit my grandma, we will be there 4 just over a week and was wondering if anyone knows any fun (and not 2 expensive) places to visit or things to do,
We went to the museum of science and industry last time and that was great fun
I have 2 dds who are 4 and 1 and I won?t to make it a bit more of a holiday for them,
Any ideas?

There is a nice soft play centre in Chorlton called Head Over Heels. Good for wet/cold days as at the moment. it has a website but i cant seem to do a link. It is about 15 mins south west from Manchester Centre.

Manchester Aquatics Centre on Oxford Road is a great swimming pool - really nice kids one with slides and so on.

Manchester Art Gallery has activities/toys for children and a childrens activity area - nice for an afternoon.

Hope you and your dds enjoy your visit!
