Explore activity holiday - Any tips?

I'm so excited - we're going at Easter. A multi activity holiday in Europe where we stay in a different location each night.

We've never done this kind of holiday before and as well as excited, I'm a little nervous. It's on the cushy end of their scale with "comfortable" hotels and luggage transported for us.

Any tips on what to take/what to expect etc?

What are the locations you are going to and how will you be travelling?

Locations are mountain villages and farms and small coastal towns/villages.

We Will be travelling by boat, train, bike, on foot, canoe and horseback!

Their kit lists are pretty good so what they recommend is worth taking (I've done several hiking holidays at the rough end of the scale with them)

If they suggest a penknife, it's for the oranges on the hoof ( I didn't take one and discovered this was the reason) . Hand sanitiser is good and decent sun lotion ( high factor) is worth having especially the ones designed for sports.
