September 4/5 days.....child free...where to go?

I have a specific date range, can fly out sun21st sept pm need to be back for fri 26th am, when my partner and I can escape for an adult only break....DD is away on a school trip. Where to go?
Had first thought about a wild couple of days in Vegas but wondering whether 11 hr flights each way for 4 nights away is too long? We also love the sun and don't have anything else abroad planned this year.
Budget is approx £1400 - £1500 total.
Maybe Middle East? Any ideas welcome......

What about Istanbul? Beautiful city, so much to see and do, seems to have calmed down a bit after recent troubles.

Marrakech?
Barcelona, a couple of days in the city then drive up the coast to the beach?

Not longhaul but I'd do Spain or morocco too
