Resort with Villas/bungalows or similar

Help...

I've been trawling through websites and many many mn posts. I'm desperately trying to find a villa (not apartment) or bungalow with outside space. Not at expensive as Borgo egnazia but similar set up. I'm expecting a baby in a couple of weeks and need somewhere with privacy/cool areas but would like my 4 yo DS to have somewhere he could mingle with other children.

Daios cove in Crete? Pure family luxury in gorgeous villas.
Still expensive but possibly not as much as borgo.
Porto sani in halkidiki? Not quite villas but still spacious accommodation.
