Has anyone used Holiday Genie?

I can see they have lots of poor reviews, but it seems that quite a lot of these are for people who needed to change things. This is looking like the most affordable way for us to get to see family in Florida, but worried it might be too much of a risk.

I used them just to book a flight and it was all fine.

Thanks for replying Salty. Was prepared to take the risk but it turned out that they didn't have what their website was quoting so ended up using Norweigan Air.
