disneyland paris-anyone used "left luggage" facility??

sister and family are going next week, and have heard there is a left luggage facility at the main entrance to the park. however they cannot find any info on this on the disneyland website. has anyone used this facility. they are staying at the Movenpick Dream Castle hotel, which is off site, and it would be really useful to be able to leave their cases somewhere when they arrive at the park rather than waiting for shuttle, checking in hotel, and then getting shuttle back to park. thanks for any tips.

Not sure about the left luggage at the Park, but have to say it will take hardly any time to get to the hotel and back, shuttles are every 10 minuts and hotel is only about 5 mins away from park. Or why don't they get taxi from airport (only applicable if they're flying off course ), it's not much difference to the bus and you get door to door service. We did this and it was fab.

I have to agree with polgara2 here.
Park has lockers for smaller things but the shuttle busses go every 10 mims and it will take you no more the half an hour to get your luggage to the hotel and get back to the park.

Also the disney village has some great places to eat, bufflo bills is great

how much are the taxis compared to shuttle, and did you need to book it in advance?

The left luggage is actually in the Eurostar terminal. If you have an afternoon train you can check out of the hotel in the morning and then leave your luggage at the train station. It's all tagged and secure, we had no problems.

they have managed to find some info on disneylandparis website which says there is a left luggage service at entrance to both theme parks, near customer relations office. they looked into this as when looking at the VEA shuttle website the shuttles to the movenpick aren't as frequent as some nearer hotels. i'm sure they would be interested to know taxi fares from the airport, as it would be easier with 2 children in tow!!

There is a left luggage booth at the right hand side of the entrance, We upgraded tickets at the booth next to it. Ideal for cool boxes or buggies that you are not sure if you need.

Seemed to be loads of lockers too. Can't remember how big.

We found also that everyone queued at the turnstiles along the front and no queue at the ones round the corner next to the left luggage.

That was a few years ago so might have changed.

Just checked and the lockers are out of use, but left luggage still where I said.

Left luggage inside the station, works fine. Lockers not big enough inside the park for suitcases etc

Sorry should have said the lockers that are out of use are the ones under the disneyland hotle in front of the entrances. The official site says they are out of use.

The ones at the station would be very handy as it is closer than the hotels, drinks and snack machines are normal prices too as is the newspaper kiosk.

Taxi cost us 70 euros, which is not enough more than the VEA shuttle for the shuttle to be worth the stress imo!!! It was soooooo easy, english speaking taxi driver waiting with a card with my name on it. Took our luggage off us and we were away in a plush 9 seater something or other not very good on cars!. I did book it in advance with RS Transport which I had found on the disboards.
