Do you have unused tescos clubcard vouchers? You can use those to get in..but it would need to be another time as you have to order them.
Bearing in mind all the animals that are there its not tooooooooo bad a price. Legoland is double that and theres no live creatures to look after all day and night.

outrageous isn;t it?

I live aout 4 miles from Drusillas and have only ever been once...and that was before we lived 4 miles from it.

They charge enter from 2yrs onwards FGS.

What on earth does a 2yr old do on days out like that...mine mostly moans if we ask him to walk or he sleeps for 2-3 hours!

maybe it's just me but I thought it was worth the entry. My 2 year old loved it. And there is the play park too that he spent just as long in as looking at ALL the animals.

Guess it depends on the child

Maybe I'm just mean - I know the day would cost over £100 by the time we'd eaten etc, and it's not a special day out, just somewhere to get out of the house. Bit bored with animals really (members of Rare Breeds Centre and Port Lympne) so we're off to Canterbury for shopping and Wagamama instead. How shallow am I?

Ahhh definelty not a price just for a day out of the house.
Get a tescos credit card, do all your shopping on it and swop for days out vouchers.
Next year you will be albe to go to loads of places for free! Have a nice day!

mrsvern · 09/08/2006 13:25

ahh you see for us it was a special day. We were on holiday down there an dit was a break from the constant paddling on the beach!
