5* hotel with great kids facilities in Europe

We are considering a Disney Cruise in July/August but as a comparison I am also looking at 5* hotels in Italy, Spain, Portugal or France. What's the best place you know - really important is a GREAT kids club for DS (7). Where have you been / would you recommend?

Should also add Grece, Crete etc. All areas in the Mediterranean.

Holiday Villages Rhodes is 5* or perhaps the Sensetori in Tenerife. Both have really good kids clubs and facilities (more so the HV).

I'd go for the Disney cruise, we went two and a half years ago and it was my joint best holiday ever. It offered the perfect mix of stuff for children, the whole family and adults. A lovely mixture of pampering, luxury and fun. We really enjoyed the adult only pool while the DC were in their club and the fireworks at sea were amazing.

If you go for the hotel option I recommend the Sani hotels in Halidiki.

I hear Disney cruises are brilliant

I always recommend the Hilton at ?Dalaman/sarigerme as an AI resort, but for me it would be too hot July/august
